Hello,
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) has partnered with several healthcare providers to serve your students.
Your school is invited to an informational session on mobile immunization services to learn more and opt-in to receiving these services.
The purpose of this school-based program is to:
* Expand a student's ability to access health care providers
* Provide preventative immunizations to keep schools healthy
* Improve non-compliance rates while remaining in school and focusing on learning.
Please note, to request these services, a commitment of a minimum of 15 students to receive immunizations is required. If you have already received these services this school year, please disregard this email.
We are excited to partner with you to bring this resource to your school community. Please select one of the two virtual informational sessions that fits your availability. A calendar invite with zoom information will follow based on your selection.

* Option 2: Tuesday October 1 @ 1:00 pm
