Hello Team,

In order to build capacity for our team we will engage in the Data Dig Chat process at our school site.

Roles:
Guzman- Superintendent and facilitate the conversation
Estrada – principal and share data (Essential Questions: what will you adopt, adapt, abandon protocol)
And the support team will be the experts as it pertains to your roles.

We will walk away with a plan on how we will each support our teachers and move our data forward.

Support team - No need to prep. (Except for Estrada), the rest will ask questions:

Protocol –
Estrada - 3 mins to present data (do not read what we can see, be ready to tell our school’s story and explain what you will you adopt, adapt, abandon protocol
Support Team - 2 mins for the support team to ask questions

There will not be an ask and instead there will be a session in which we speak about how we can support in our capacity as part of the support team.
