Interactive Jazz Concert

50 minutes

Set Up:

15 feet between stage and first row

Clear aisles (both sides and the back) No middle aisle

2, 3, 5 Option 1 - First Concert  9:00 - 9:50

Break - 9:50- 10:10 (20 mins)

K, 1, 4 Option 1 - Second Concert - 10:10 - 11:00 

Musicians will arrive 45 minutes to an hour earlier 

Will need 5 spaces for parking

Will check in at the Main Office

Need:

Mic with stand - ask Ms. Shaw

Speakers

Fresh batteries

Music repair shop will come to tune our piano. 

30 mins slide deck will be shared for teachers to show students before the concert. 

7-10 days a reminder email will come with a list of any guest who might also attend.
